We cook artisanal barbecue: slow smoking and open-fire cooking over barrels and smokers — wood fire, patience, and cuts chosen one by one. It isn't a service — it's an experience we bring to your home, finca, or villa in Guanacaste.
We arrive with everything, light the fire, and leave when the last plate has been served and the kitchen is exactly how we found it. You just enjoy your people.
